The stage of injury, tissue involved, your medical history, and whether there is a significant tear or other structural problem can all change the treatment plan.That is why we evaluate each patient first to determine whether focused shockwave, radial shockwave, a combination of both, or another treatment approach makes the most sense.

Most patients are treated 1–2 times per week, although the exact schedule depends on the condition being treated and how you respond.A typical treatment plan may involve 4–10 sessions, but some conditions may require fewer or more.The number and frequency of treatments can vary based on factors such as how long the problem has been present, the tissue involved, the severity of the condition, your activity level, and your overall health.

Most people tolerate Shockwave Therapy very well! It’s normal to feel some soreness or tenderness during treatment and for a short time afterward. You may also notice a little redness, bruising, or temporary sensitivity in the area we treated, although these are very rare.These effects are usually mild and fade on their own within a few days. Before we start, we’ll review your health history and make sure Shockwave Therapy is a safe and appropriate option for you.

New Patient Evaluation: $160 (40 minutes, which usually includes treatment) Standard Treatment: $99 (20 minutes) Extended Treatment: $189 (40 minutes) We offer a 6 pack for a discounted rate. Unfortunately, insurance companies do not reimburse for shockwave therapy at this time.
